Detectors with NaI(Tl)
crystals, SDN.03 series, are intended to detect the X-ray quanta energy in the 5 to 60 keV
range into luminous energy. These detectors are used to convert long-wave gamma and X-ray
radiation into luminous energy in X-ray analysis instruments.
Energy resolution of X-ray detectors amounts to 36.5 % at radiation
energy of 5.9 keV (55Fe).
In the X-ray detectors, input windows can be made of aluminum 0.05 to
0.1 mm thick or of beryllium 0.1 to 0.3 mm thick. |
