Detectors with
beta-gamma-sources (60Co or 22Na are used as beta-particles
detectors and simultaneously as gamma-radiation sources to form the reference signals in a
spectrometric detector with discrimination of these signals by beta-gamma coincidences:
- organic scintillators with the radionuclide distributed throughout
the volume;
- the reference source background suppression efficiency in
spectrometric channels exceeds 90%;
- size: from dia. 5x1 mm to dia. 30x5 mm;
- source activity from 10 to 106 Bq;
- can be used in temperature range from -40 to +50°C.
