Radiation grade CZT development

CdZnTe crystals are the efficient materials for gamma registration in medical imaging, space engineering and astronomy, environmental control.

CdZnTe detectors are compact (volume < 1 cm3). They are highly reliable devices for a direct conversion of radiation energy into electric signal.

 Our Mission:

Amcrys-H sustains the R&D for high performance CZT crystals production

CdZnTe single crystals are grown by (HPVB) vertical Bridgman technique under high pressure of the inert gas - argon (100 atm).
