The headquarter of the
Institute For Single Crystals
is in Kharkov (Ukraine).

For more than 40 years we have been the largest center in the former USSR in the field of:

• fundamental research in materials science leading to the development luminescence receivers and transducers;
• search for new scintillation materials, improvement of scintillation material performance;
• exploratory development of scintillation detectors for various applications;
• production of organic and inorganic scintillators.

We have gained experience in developing and manufacturing scintillators designed for high-energy physics, nuclear physics, medicine, environmental monitoring, geophysics, security systems, and defectoscopy.

We adhere to the basic principle of meeting our customers' demands.

We continue fundamental research and are always open to collaboration in the area of scientific study. We can provide scintillators of both standard and custom designs.

We invest in production expansion and improvement.
